It is always recommended that you take eight glasses of water daily on the normal situation even if it is cold like in winter. Avoid things like coffee as they will dehydrate your body and make you feel tired.

Apart from that, you should also stay indoors to keep your family healthy. Even though it is very hard to stay indoors but you should keep germs astray by doing so. If you stay indoors probably in your bedroom, you will reduce the chances of contracting germs from other sources. Another thing that you should do is to clean your bedding regularly, keep windows open and also disinfect your bedroom.

In addition, you should get vaccination up to date. This is important as it will help in preventing some dangerous diseases that can affect their lives. You should not worry about the cost as they are always affordable and most of them are free.
